Bogura Healthcare itself is not a direct medical treatment provider and does not offer any medical advice.
Providing Accurate Information: When booking a doctor serial or appointment, the user must provide an accurate name, phone number, and necessary primary information.
Schedule Changes: Bogura Healthcare shall not be held responsible for emergency chamber cancellations, schedule modifications, or sudden absences by doctors. However, we will make every effort to inform users as quickly as possible.
Booking Cancellation: If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, you must notify us through the platform or helpline prior to the specified timeframe.
The respective doctor or healthcare facility shall be solely responsible for any medical consultation, treatment, chamber fees, service quality, or medical negligence. Bogura Healthcare shall not be held legally or financially liable in any manner.
Providing false information, misleading identities, or inappropriate comments on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Users must refrain from any activities that disrupt the technical security of the platform (such as hacking, spamming, or data scraping).
