Bogura Healthcare is an IT-enabled digital platform that connects users with registered and verified doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centers in Bogura.
Bogura Healthcare itself does not provide any medical treatment or medical advice.
Any consultation, prescription, quality of service, or medical negligence arising between the doctor and the patient shall be the sole responsibility of the respective doctor or medical institution. Bogura Healthcare shall not be held legally or financially liable in any manner.
By using our services, you provide your explicit consent to the collection and processing of the following information:
Personal Information: Your name, mobile number, email address, and profile ID.
Sensitive Health Data: Name of your requested doctor, booking details, appointment history, and your uploaded preliminary health queries or prescriptions.
Technical Data: IP address, browser and device type, and cookies.
The collected information will be used strictly for the following purposes:
Successfully facilitating and confirming doctor appointments and serial booking services.
Promptly responding to your inquiries, booking cancellations, or emergency notifications.
Maintaining platform security and preventing cyber fraud.
We do not sell, lease, or rent any of your personal or medical information to third parties for commercial purposes.
Necessary Sharing: To confirm your booking, necessary details (e.g., name and phone number) will be shared only with the relevant doctor or healthcare facility.
Legal Obligations: We may disclose information if required to do so by a valid legal order, court summons, or request from government or law enforcement authorities under Bangladeshi law.
We employ professional encryption and security protocols to safeguard your information. However, as internet transmissions are not 100% secure, the platform cannot be held directly liable for data breaches, hacking, or cyber incidents beyond our reasonable control. In the event of an unexpected breach, we will notify users as promptly as possible and take necessary legal actions in accordance with the law.
You may request to view, correct, or permanently delete your stored data from our servers at any time. Upon receiving your written request, we will delete all your data within 30 working days (except where retention is required by legal obligations or for audit records).
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 years of age without explicit consent and direct supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
